JOBTIZ LLC provides users with access to a rich collection of resources (referred hereafter as “the Service”, including, and NOT LIMITED TO, links to a database of public, private and not-for-profit company or recruiting agency websites in California. Links are also provided to company job and resume posting pages. JOBTIZ LLC also allows job seekers to post their resumes on the site for access by recruiters or any other employers.

Advertisement policy
 
You understand that as a free service, the site may include some advertisements. These advertisements are necessary in order for JOBTIZ LLC to provide the service.

Personal Information
 
You understand that by entering personal information on the site such as, but NOT LIMITED to, name, address, e-mail address, phone number or by using other services that require such information, you grant JOBTIZ LLC the right to add you into its contact list. JOBTIZ LLC may send you certain communications such as, but NOT LIMITED to, product updates, special offers, news or other employment information. You may opt-out and remove your e-mail address if you wish to do so at any time.

JOBTIZ LLC offers you the option to opt-out each time you receive an informational e-mail. If you DO NOT opt-out, you agree to receive any future e-mail communication from JOBTIZ LLC.

You understand and agree that even if the initial service is free of charge, some additional features may be added in the future that may require a service charge.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the service and that access may involve third party fees (such as an internet service provider). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. You may not repurpose the content of the site.
 
License to Use by Users who are Job Seekers. JOBTIZ LLC hereby grants you an unlimited right to access and use the site for your personal use seeking employment listings or company or recruiting agency databases. This authorizes you to view the material on the site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Your use of the site is a privilege.
 
Other Specific Rules. You represent, warrant and agree that you will not use, plan, encourage or help others to use the site for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the site complies with these Terms and Conditions.
 
House Rules for Conduct and Security. You agree to comply with the "House Rules" for conduct and security on the site. Privacy statement is included in the JOBTIZ LLC website under "Privacy Policy" at the bottom of the home page.

Disclaimers and Limitations on JOBTIZ LLC's Liability
 
Allocation of Responsibility. JOBTIZ LLC assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDUCT OF USERS.
 
No endorsements by JOBTIZ LLC. Nothing on the site shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any user or third party, whether regarding its web site, products, services, hiring, experience, employment or recruiting practices.
 
No Guaranty of Results. JOBTIZ LLC is neither an employment agency nor a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the site in meeting the employment objectives of users. JOBTIZ LLC does not guarantee that documents posted by users will result in candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decisions made by any user.

JOBTIZ LLC makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeless of the site.
 
JOBTIZ LLC does NOT warrant that the site will operate error-free or the site or its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the site results directly or indirectly in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, JOBTIZ LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for those costs.

Damage limitation, Allocations of liability and equitable relief
 
You assume ALL responsibility and risk for your use of the site, the internet, the documents you access and for your conduct on and off the site.
 
In no event shall JOBTIZ LLC or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents or advertisers be liable for any non-direct damage. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION, LIMITATION OR LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF ANY ARE HELD INAPPLICABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN JOBTIZ LLC'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY NON-DIRECT TYPE OF. DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO U.S. $200.00 IN THE AGGREGATE.
 
IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBTIZ LLC OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR ADVERTISERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS IN THE AGGREGATE OF US $200.00 .

Definitions
 
The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:
 
"JOBTIZ LLC web site" or the "Site" includes http://www.jobtiz.com in its entirely and its related sites owned or operated by JOBTIZ LLC, and their content, text, graphics, design, programming and services as applicable.
 
"Content" includes all text, graphics, design and programming used on the Site.
 
"Text" includes all text on every page of the site, whether editorial, navigational, or instructional.
 
"Graphics" includes all logos, buttons, and other graphical elements on the site, with the exception of paid advertising banners.
