Our market research has confirmed that the internet is a vital tool for job seekers.
Job Seekers are:

In an ideal world, these methods would work fine. Unfortunately, we have found that employers as well as job seekers are not fully satisfied with the current system.

JobTiz intends to respond to these concerns and tendencies in an innovative way:
1. Our Hiring Companies feature provides an easy way for job seekers to find companies by specific criteria like location, industry, etc.
This feature also allows job seekers to combine the search criteria.
In addition, this feature provides direct links to the career section of the selected company’s website.
This is a great way to find job openings that are not fully advertised.
Existing companies are checked regularly and new companies are added every other day.
2. Our Social Networking feature interfaces with the most popular Social Networking Software by allowing job seekers to find contacts at companies with job openings.
This feature helps job seekers find insiders at these companies in order to get referred to the Human Resources department.
This increases their chances for consideration and for that critical first interview.
3. Our Recruiting Firms feature provides listings of recruiting firms specializing in specific industries, roles and levels.
In today's world, applying for a job through the appropriate recruiting firm provides a necessary competitive edge.
